Warn is the best on the market and worth the added $$, but I am happy with my superwinch. If you decide to go with something other than warn, make sure to find out what type of solenoid they use. I have had a few winches come through myo shop recently, all with 6 post solenoids. This style of solenoid frequently burns out, and needs to be replaced. The problem is that this style has been discontinued and is damn near impossible to find.
Another option is Ramsey. I have the 9500 Patriot and it's been solid for the past 2 yrs. the pull speed is pretty good but I'm not sure how fast it pulls against the Warn. The install of the winch was pretty easy, and so was the wireless key remote.
Hmpf!!!! Sure the others got good warranties.....BUT, what good is the warranty when your wheelin and the winch doesn't work, or breaks......Then the first thing that comes to mind is.....Hmpf, I shoulda got the WARN.
I may not be as good for as many times as I once was, but, I'm as good once as I ever was ! ! !
A winch is one of those things where skimping on the price isn't doing you any favors. If you can't afford a Warn, then keep saving until you can. There are certain accessories on a Jeep where you can cut corners to save a few $$$$, but self-recovery equipment isn't one of them.

I come in peace. I didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you with tears in my eyes, if you f**k with me, I'll kill you all.....
