Amp wiring

I currently have one amp powering my 4 tiny speakers and am adding another to power the sub I'm replacing in the center console. The question I have is can I, instead of running a new power wire just splice into the power wire i'm using for the current amp. It's a 10 guage connected directly to the battery with a 30 amp inline fuse. It sure would make my life easier to just splice into the remote turn on wire and the power wire at the other amp.

I don't know what the amperage draw of your amps are. I would say probably run another set of wires off the battery, just off the top of my head. I'm thinking you'll turn your ten gauge wires into marshmallows.
