Any idea ????

When it is below 60 my jeep will not start until you turn the key to the on position and back again until you hear the clicking sound...this is sometimes over 40 trys.... the colder it is outside the more times I have to do this.... I have a new battery, starter, fuelpump, and alternator....also changed out the relays.....had it in the garage for a week...they have no clue.... HELP !
