Any Pitfalls?

I am looking at a TFlex 2.5 budget Boost (yeah i know, not a real lift) haha...It would definitly meet my needs...Daily Driver, 20% offroad (or as much as poosible). I am running 285/75/16 duratracs and would like a little more room. I priced having 4WD parts install at $ 555.00 that does not include the lift kit but does include an alignment. I looked at the youtube install and it looks fairly easy. I am somewhat handy around a vehicle, however, i have not installed a lift before. So what do you think? I dont wanna be the guy saying oh crap with the jeep in the garage with parts laying everywhere. Your thoughts are appreciated
