Anybody have any good suggestions for my little brother

My brother loves my Jeep but he doesnt want it as a DD so he wants to get himself an old Jeep to bop around town and take it offroad he has volvo so he could do whatever to this Jeep, and he wanted to know whats a good source of info. like a book, I told him the basics of all the models like cj yj tj jk and I knew a little bit about each one, but he wants a more in depth detailed description, whats a good book or website for him to learn all he can, I want him to get a CJ so I can come over and steal it for a while

You could have him look up basic jeep specifications and info by searching on Edmunds. I just don't know how far back Edmunds will go.

i'll tell ya this, i love cj's, i'm a mehcanic, and i don't own one, cuz i don't have the time to work on it. at least he has a daily driver, but cj's are cool, but require some love. kinda like hi maintenance girl friends.
