Hey guys just wondering the secret to removing the external screws on jeeps without breaking a bunch if torx bits? Trying to remove my tailgate hinges but have broken off many bits trying, whats the secret?

What kind of bits are you using? Those cheap Chinese tool sets aren't worth crap. The first thing you need is a good bit. If you have play in the fit, then you're likely to strip something. Then you need to make sure you push strait in as you turn. A couple of wacks with a hammer, strait in, will help too.

All of the above, and an Impact Driver... the manual type that you smack with a hammer, not the cordless type. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/kt...FW0V7AodankASA

Had a lot of luck with torx allen wrenches, soak it in PB, push hard and use a pipe for some more leverage.
