Question Anyone have advice on jeep I'm tryin to buy?

I am in the market for a wrangler and I'm pretty decided on one, I'm goig to take a look at it this week and I wanted to get a second, and vastly more informed opinion. He is asking nine grand and said he will throw in a trailer hitch bike mount with it...but it doesnt have a full top. This is the list of upgrades and maintenance that has been done to it, Please let me know what ya think....

1998 jeep tj. 4.0 5 speed manual. 4" suspension lift. Incredible maintenance history. New clutch, rebuilt engine, newer exhaust, new hardware through the rear suspension (was the problem I initially overlooked), radiator, water pump, thermostat, distributer, spark plugs, brakes, etc.

33" mud terrain tires mounted on crager soft 8's with 1000 miles. Full sized spare. 1500

Hp30 chromoly axle shafts ARB locker and 4.56 cryo treated gears
Rear Dana 44 with chromoly shafts, ARB locker, trussed, cryo treated gears 4500

Teraflex hi steer 1 ton steering upgrade 827.99
Teraflex disc brake conversion 600

Spidertrax 1.25" spacers all the way around 200

TnT Customs stinger bumper 400
TnT Customs license plate relocation bracket/cb whip mount 50

Warn xd9000i with Viking synthetic rope and safety thimble 1500

Uniden 520xl with firestik and coax 120

Poison spyder rocker knocker sliders with rails 375
Poison Spyder trail corners with round led taillights 220

New fitted neoprene seat covers 275

Hella driving lights mounted on kc windshield brackets 120

Half doors with slider windows and soft windows tonneau cover 750

Sye and cv driveshaft 500

Adjustable trackbar 300

Adjustable rear control arms 275

Brand new bilstein 5100's 340

Aftermarket CD player, SoundBar, subs, and amp 950

Fresh oil change, tranny flush, transfer case flush, and differential oil

The bad, front fender got dented on Holy Cross last week. The rest of the body and paint are in amazing shape and corrosion and are rust free.

Sounds like a good deal . I am surprised the engine needed to be rebuilt . The 4.0 should have lasted longer . I did not see how many miles it had on it . You listed all the parts and there prices , it doesn't mean much . You never get out of them what you put into them .The parts listed wouldn't even go for half that amount if you were trying to sell them . The main thing is the quality of the installation and what shape they are in now . I usually like finding a Jeep that has not been wheeled . They are in generally better shape . Look under the Jeep and I am willing to bet you are going to see alot of rock rash .People that put that much stuff on Jeeps either are mall crawlers or beat the crap out of them . It sounds like he beat the crap out of it , engine rebuilt and all .I hope that if you buy it , it works out good for you ! good luck . I know what it is to fall in love with a vehicle and no one can convince you to change your mind , so I hope for the best for you .

Thanks for the input, I don't know much other than what he listed on the add....however I have a mechanic that's willing to go through it somewhat before I make a decision...I had thought about buyin stock but I don't really have the place to work on it or the tools etc. I hope it works out too t seems like a badass rig
