Bad Roll Bar, Or Bad Soft Top Install ???

This Jeep's soft top looks like it is on crooked.

At first, I figured either:
  • the roll cage has been bent;
  • the driver didn't install the soft top correctly; or,
  • maybe the soft top frame is bent out of shape.
It appears that the top of the soft top is kind of parallel with the top of the tailgate, but the top is leaning to the right. You can also see where the mid section of the top is higher on the left than it is on the right.

My guess is a bad frame.

What do you think?

(I blocked out the license plate, because I didn't want to embarrass the owner.)
