Badge of Honor website having issues?

For maybe a week now when I log onto the site, all of my information (points/badges/etc) is all gone. A notice pops up stating "We're improving the site. It may take up to an hour for your information to load."

I was bored (and a glutton for punishment) so I called Jeep and of course the rep on the phone had no clue what I was talking about.

Just wondering if this is happening for everyone or just me?

EDIT: This is rich....the rep asked if I could give her my login info so she could log into the site and see what I'm talking about. LOL

EDIT 2: Rep basically told me "We have no reports of issues so there is nothing else we can do at this time." My response: "No reports of issues? Isn't this call a report of an issue?" Rep: <crickets>

God those people are useless.

I'm having my own issue with Badge of Honor website and the phone app. I signed up for the program last year after a friend told me about the phone app. Last week I tried to check in to the Holy Cross Trail in Colorado. The app reported that I was not close enough to trail to check in.



I called 1-877- IAM-JEEP and the Rep was useless. The website is totally wacked. I have registered my vehicle two days in a row, which earned me a 100 points each time. I can't find discussion board or where to give a wave to fellow jeepers.

Yuuuup...there's useless, and then there's Chrysler rep useless. It's hard not having a regret about wasting precious moments of your life after having called Chrysler customer service.

Chrysler had the nerve to send me a survey based on my call to them.

I ripped them a new one. LOL

I know it won't do any good but it made me feel better.
