Battery keeps dying in brand new wrangler 4 door?

I have a 2013 Sahara 4 door. Battery just started dying. It first happened when I changed the factory radio to a new unit (plug and play No cutting of wires) and I left the interior light on. After that it happened again about a week later when the car was not driven for a day or so. Took it to the dealer they checked it out and found nothing. It happened again the day after we got it home. They kept it for 3 days and changed battery and said they found something that could have been the problem. Did not drive the car for 2 days and it was dead as a door nail. During the first couple of times it died I check the battery for parasitic voltage loss, took the fuse out on the radio and checked to see if it would hold a charge without having the terminals hooked up. The battery at the time was good and the voltage dropped without the radio fuse in. I did do the Big 3 upgrade about a month after I got the jeep, but I doubt putting a addition ground and alt wire on will do this. I just removed the added grounds and I am going to bring it back to the dealer again. Did anyone ever hear of a problem like this. I am very mechanically inclined and have years of car stereo installation experience. Again it was just the head unit and I used all factory plug in connections.

Any clue?

Battery can't die in 2 days. Has to be a short or a draw somewhere.

With both + and- connected after 2 days of no driving the voltage ready 2 volts. The battery tests good. Its almost like you leave the lights on but they are not. The dealer said they were going to order a e ground harness but never did because they thought they found the problem. I was trying to find if anyone had ever seen this problem before. I read in a few Grand Cherokee there were ecu's that did this..

Has anybody LOAD tested your battery??? I have seen, in the past, batteries, that when allowed to drain to DEAD, never recover and are worthless.

Your leaving the interior light on COULD have caused this and the battery is garbage.

yeah they load tested it and said it was good. I say when a battery is killed 3-4 times its done. I told them that and they put a new in but then that died too. So I am at a loss for what the hell it can be.

Any idea how much of a milliamp draw you have during a key off draw test? If its excessive Id pull each fuse one by one until your draw is gone, then you will know what circuit is suspect.

I would put everything back just like it came from the factory. Then,if you still have a problem, take it back to the dealer and don't take it back until it is fixed....Isn't the warranty one of the main reasons that you guys pay such ridiculous prices for these new jeeps? Use it..

Yes it is going back to the dealer on Tuesday. I am pulling the fuse on the radio and I took off the 2 addition grounds I put on for the BIG 3 upgrade. it was dead on Thursday morning, I charged it and let it sit and it has held a charge. It is so bizarre ,it does not happen all the time. I checked milli amp draw and so did dealer it shows the factory security system drawing, but that is never armed because it is in the garage.. If it was something like the radio it would have to be left on for the battery to die this bad and this fast. This all started when I took the top off for the first time and the interior light was left on because we did not see it due to the top off. If there could be a rouge short on the neg side it would make sense. I let you guys know what the dealer finds.. Thanks for any input ..
