beach wheelin

I was wanting to get my pass to go out on my local beach. my question is I have a stock 03 tj, what do you think I should get in the way of safety measures? I was thinking a recovery strap, recovery shovel, first aid kit and air compressor. any opinions greatly appreciated

It all depend what kind of sand and how deep you plan on going. However, your above items are a great start, to a kit. I keep duct tape, wire ties, tools, a couple of hose clamps, different fittings for my OBA, gloves to handle my winch, rags to clean up with... The list goes on, ha! Have fun out there...

A 12" x 12" board if you should need to use your jack, a flashlight and a tire gauge.
Most important of all, a surf pole and bait.
