I have already had really good service and rates thru credit unions. I would recommend checking into one!

Haha! I've used them before to but they never had much to loan out. When they did, I almost never paid it back in full, never did repo me!
As mentioned above, credit unions are the most likely lenders to have the lowest rates.

If you are eligible - USAA. And always remember to give the dealer a chance to beat the loan you already have lined up - you may be pleasantly surprised at what they can do when they have some competition.

And a tip before you go for your loan. Check your credit ratings on all three credit agencies. All you need is a black mark or so on one or more, and you'll be paying out the nose for a loan.

+1..

There was a 0% 36mo GMAC thing offered when I bought mine. I thought there was going to be some kinda catch or bs... but the Cash price was equal to the sum of all 36 payments. I wanted to pay cash but if I did I could not get the $1000 GMAC cash back award... It did not make any sense... But I finally agreed to go 0% for 36 to get the $1000 cash back...

Payoff is allowed at anytime without charges, but no reason to.... I am making .0000005% interest at the bank and feeding them 1/36th of it every month instead

Worked out great.
