Best Place to Live and Go Wheelin'?

Ok. If I were thinking about moving and the main consideration were to pick the spot that allows the best diversity and avaiability for 4WD fun then where to I wanna live?

Being I So. cali I think I have about 360 of the 365 good wheeling days per year avaiable due to climate, but trails are closing and water/mud is rare. So where do I go? Let's call this a second house exercise...

Where and why?
I am all ears!

Bonners Ferry, ID. Completely surrounded by forest. Snow in the winter. Mud in the summer.

YES!!!

But I understand your question... I think it is best to describe the negative space here becuase there are too many positives... Rate everything but Large Rocks a 9.. then give the large rocks a 7.

Kinda like how I rate women... hahahaha
(Come on...that was funny... but, flame in you must.)
