bestop logo on my replacement soft top

So I just put a Bestop replacement top on and I'm happy with fit & finish - finally have tinted rear windows.

But...

I never saw on Bestop's website or description of the product that I was buying a rolling advertisement for them.

There's a small tag that sticks out on the passenger side rear window that I can either live with our cut off, but the giant yellow BESTOP logo emblazoned on the rear window is a problem.

Even my fiancé said, "BEE STOP? What is that? Get it off!!!"

Can anyone share a success story?

I have the Bestop Trek Top NX and my back window had their logo in the bottom left corner. I took a heat gun and heated it slightly and it peeled right off!!

I didn't even need a heat gun, it peeled off easily

Thanks for the response guys.

I tried to peel it off as soon as I saw it but couldn't get it started. I pulled my pocket knife and thought better- I'm like a bull in a china shop and was afraid I would damage the plastic. It seemed like it was ironed in or otherwise pressed in with heat.

I'll try again in the daylight and use a hair dryer as a last resort. My Milwaukee heat gun can start my BBQ grill - without lighter fluid!

I'll post a report for the sake of the next Bestop customer.

Use a hair dryer and not a heat gun. It will release it without running the risk of distorting or melting the vinyl window.

Confession:

I'm an idiot.

Sticker came off sooo easily. I must have gotten a whiff of airplane glue before I tried to remove it the first time.

I cleaned off the adhesive residue with my bare finger - no heat, solvents, or TNT required.

What should I do with the create of dynomite I "aquired" to deal with this?

Good to know, I have been highly annoyed at the placement of mine. I think the person who applied it was drunk when they did not only is it sorta towards the middle but crooked LOL.

To improve morale and promote solidarity, a local employer gave workers free bumper stickers:

We do it right the first time

Guys put them on their cars …upside down.

That's funny. I might have just put mine on crooked with air bubbles and wrinkles!

I tried to rock Bestop's boat but I couldn't install my back window upside down.
