Generally speaking we can get replacements for the little pieces and parts that make up bigger products. So a bow bracket for a top, etc.
It's not always the case, though, especially if the parts were attached to the product in production. For example, someone was asking about the stretch pocket we put in hard tops. We don't sell that separately, since it can't be detached.
And I personally have no idea where seat hardware fits into this picture, or exactly which parts we can or can't supply.
But sine you got two different answers, I'll make sure to check to see which was right.
