Book or Site with History

Hey All,
I'm looking for a good resource to look at the history of Jeep. Specifically, the various models and years, pros/cons and idiosyncrasies of each, etc.

Thanks,

S

I have been searching for the same thing. Best I could find was Wikipedia. They have a pretty detailed page for jeep, all be it condensed, but a good start.

You can check Edmunds.com. I noticed on some vehicles, they have reviews, specs, history, etc.

I just checked out the new Jeep page dedicated to history, and it's pretty good. Satiated my desires.

PS Yup, strange phrasing choice.

I just received this book as a gift but haven't had a chance to begin reading it yet:

That's the one my library has, but I don't think it has the JK.
