I just found out that the lift i bought from 4wheel parts came with brake line extension brackets and they did not istall in on my jeep now i dont know why they would such a thing but on monday im going there telling them off.
You'll get more flies with honey. You'll get farther if you don't go off on them. Just ask them why they weren't installed first. And then let them know in a civilized manner that you are displeased. They will be more willing to make amends. IMO
Yeah i talked to them and the guy who helped me the first time said he is going to call fulltraction and order them so they can get them on monday. get this one of the mechanics came out to take a look and tells me that this lift does not come with one and i said dont lie to me yes does and changes his words and says that the other mechanic installed this. Never take your jeep to 4wheelparts take to a real jeep shop i learned the hard way from now on im going to Mike Duncan at the 4Xdoctor or Jim Cox at jcFab.
4wheelparts is a very large corporation with retail stores. The service you are going to get at a place like that or so a Desert Rat will nowhere near compare to some place like 4xDoctor, JCFab, DPG or Absolute Offroad here in PHX. I always prefer to keep my money locally instead of support the larger corp stores.
4xdoctor actually did the alignment after i got my lift on cause 4wheelparts doesnt know how to do an alignment. the 4xdoctor also did Tony Becker jeep Cj came out real nice.
