Bumper Refresh

What can I use to bring the black back in my bumpers and fenders? The dealership had it looking great, but now it is back to grey. I don't feel like painting them or replacing them or torching them. I tried Back to Black and it didn't work very well.

I have watched YouTube videos where a heat gun was used (carefully) and it brings the black back nicely.
