Bumpers

I'm looking to get some new bumpers.. I have to do 1 at a time because that's the only way I can afford to do it.. I am gonna start with the back one first, I'm having a hard time deciding between black or stainless steal.. And if I go black I seen where some come in textured black or some say just black.. Also I the same time I get the back bumper I wanna get hitch. I don't know if I should get the frame mounted hitch or the bumper with a hitch already on it.. I don't plan on towing heavy things or a lot just maybe a rack that I can put a cooler or a sleeping bag and tent on.. It's more for looks & so other won't park on my ass since I live in the City.. Any ideas or help would be great..

It's really up to you, but if I was making those choices:

Definitely Black, not textured (match your side steps, mirrors, etc)
Bumper with Hitch, not separate (why pay more for two parts???)

Since there are so many options, do you have a ceiling on what you would like to spend on each bumper? That way the choices can be narrowed down a bit.
