Buying A New Jeep Wrangler

I am in the market for a new wrangler. I missed the rebates last month. So far the best price I got is 23000.00 Out the door Basic model. But I am holding out for incentives. That price is high to me. I need to be at 21500.00 or less. I have been going back and forth to a few dealers but they are telling my there is not much mark up. Any Ideas? I am located in FL Thanks

Does it need to be a new one? Look around and you can find a great used one and you will save some serious coin.

Bought mine last month for just under $19,000.00 plus tax in S. Florida. You should look at Tread Lightly they have a deal with Chrysler with Jeeps at 1% below invoice, you still get incentives, and maximum dealer fee's of $50.00. The cost of joining Tread Lightly is $25.00.

I was actually able to do a little better than the Tread Lightly program but it was a pain in the neck. I am not sure it was worth the time.

The Jeep is great. Good luck with your purchase.

x2 on the treadlightly.org thing. But Wranglers don't have much markup. So the 1% isn't going to be that much. But every little bit helps. They do have $500 in Mopar stuff you get free with your purchase now.... Not that it will get you much, but there again, every little bit....

$3K under MSRP + $500 MOPAR credit + 0%

Purchased new 2010 yesterday from a dealer in Gainesville, Georgia. The do have a $389 DOC fee as the only additional charge. They met me at SC welcome center to complete the deal. Painless! My local Fort Mill, SC, dealer would not honor USAA Car Buying Service Price (and they are the authorized dealer), but saved $1,800 by getting one from Georgia. I am happy, and so are my children. I truly do not know how this dealer is doing it, but they have a bunch to choose from on their website.

Buy used. There's nothing wrong with a "new" ride with 20,000 or so miles on it. And you'll save thousands....
