Can anyone tell me what this is?

Going to look at a TJ I'm thinking about buying. I recently totaled my old one. The dealer sent me pictures and in this one I noticed 3 shifters. Any idea what the 3rd one is. My last one was stock so this is new to me.

Without seeing the base, I'd bet it's an Advanced Adapters twin stick transfer case unit. It allows 2wd low range operation.
