Can you say overpriced?

Another example of someone thinking that all there hard work makes a Jeep priceless. Would be intersting to drive this thing though.

Yeah, I'm sure it turns'em and burns'em, but damn. That thing has been on the market forever.

Some people have too much money and then are surprised when other people don't like to pay for their creations.

Seems odd.. maybe if the seller would tell what else it has. looked like big axles, some kind of ARB setup... in other words give some details.. and it might sell.. and for the love of god why didn't they do a behind the dash or side of dash cage, I mean they already spent 125k....LOL

I figure that the seller is hoping to pawn it off on someone that doesn't know much about Jeeps. If I pay 60k for something, at least get the stains off the seats. Couldn't they get someone to clean the carpet? No pics of anything except the styling? No thanks, Man.

how can you spend $125,000 on a jeep??? i realize there's alot of work that goes into putting a v10 into a TJ, but DAMN!!!!! you could buy and build one for 40K and it go anywhere that one can. however, i would like to see it burn all four at once. that'd be pretty pimp.

There is absolutley no way I believe that Jeep could have that much into it. Bragging about being on the cover of JP Magazine is no claim to fame in the last couple years anyway. I think the guy is full of it.

Well what do you think that V-10 crate motor ran? Probably 15k or so by its self. I believe it has pro rocks in it, so there's another 12 to 15k. And the tranny for it is probably 4 or so. Then add in all of the other crap and I bet you have about 50 or so thousand in parts. The labor is probably pretty steep also if it was an NFL player that wanted it done. So say round it to a nice 75k for the whole thing And I can't really tell that well, but it looks like it has a darn short arm lift.

All that may be true, but all those aftermarket mods are worth squat! That Jeep is likely not going to take a single bid. There's no way that thing is worth that kind of money. Might be worth a bit more than a 1998 TJ since it has that V10, but not by that large of a margin.

If he sells it for that, more power to him. Terry Bradshaw has been in my Jeep but that didn't increase the value. Probably made it drop.

Yeah, if Howie wasn't in there with him then you got nothin.

Sorry if it seemed I was defending the price they were asking. I was just trying to see how they thought they came to 125k in that thing. I can see no way they have that much in it. Then trying to sell it for 60 that's just crazy. If that thing came up for sale locally for 25 or 30 then I would go look at it for giggles, but any higher than and I wouldn't even pay any attention.

I knew exactly what you meant. I was just agreeing with you and taking it that much further.
