carrying a canoe on the top of a lifted jeep.

Well my build plans consist of a 3 inch lift. 1inch body lift. And 33 tires for now. I'm planning on makeing a expidition jeep with this build. And I want to be able to cary my canoe with me. I understand there's all sorts of diffrent racks to buy to cary a canoe. But how hard will it be to get the canoe up there with 1 person?

not hard at all if you do it right.... im sure if youve loaded a canoe before than you know how to do it right.... i dont use a rack... i just put it up there.... you could cut a 2x4 to put under it for the very back where there is no across roll bar piece....

I carry a 13' kayak on mine all the time. A canoe should be ok.
