i try my best to stay out of "chain" stores like that b/c they just suck. i much prefer dealing with small businesses. i've found out that they can offer the same (if not better) pricing than autozone of advance auto and they are far more knowledgeable and willing to work with you. just my .02 though

I just won't go somewhere where an idiot will pretend like he knows more then me.

Convo with autozone guy-

Me- can you order 13" bosch icon wipers?
Him- what do you need 13" for?
Me- a wrangler.
H- a wrangler? We have those in stock. You need a 19"
M- no way, too long, I'd be cleaning the guy next to mines window.
H- no, it's definately a 19", trust me, they've never had a wiper that small.

He then looked it up and his computer showed that it was in fact a 19" anco 17" rain-x 13" duralast and did not list a size for bosch.

The moral? None, but I still hate autozone.

when your muffler falls off in a year or so you won't be happy even if its warrantied. i'd rather have a quality product that i don't have to get warrantied, than a warrantied peice of poop.

i hate the discount parts stores. bad parts out of the box really get frustrating.

depends on what i need I may go to autozones website for some "order to store parts".
Meaning I can look up the part I need myself and have it shipped in store the next day.
Just ordered my LUK clutch through them...$150, had it next day.
