Check engine codes help

Finally got it figured out and got my jeep to spit out some codes. Now I don't know what the heck to do with them? Here's what I got.

12* Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 Key-on cycles.

43* Peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time
43** Misfire detected in one or more cylinders 1 thru 6. (4 and 6 cyls.)
(not sure how to tell which one popped up)

55* Completion of fault code display on Check Engine lamp.

What do I do now? The guy I bought it from just put the cd player in. Help

Anyone got advice? Did I post this in the wrong place? Mods a little advice. In my defense I'm doing this from the app.

#12 just means the battery was disconnected recently. Like maybe when the CD player was installed.

#43, you had at least one plug acting up. And a possible coil.

Might be time for a good tune up. And possibly a coil.

But before anything do the following.

Disconnect the battery for ten minutes. That will clear the codes. Drive it for a couple of days and see if you get a check engine lamp on. No telling how old those codes are.

Least this way you'll find out the current ones if any.

Change the belt, oil, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. There was no electrode left on any of the plugs. It was like driving a different jeep after I was done.
