checkin a new trail

hey all any tips for exploring a new trail (stock tj, 2.5 stick shift AT tires) trail looks field based, muddy cattails 7-10 ft tall..... choice is limited so hoping it pans out

cat tails usually means marshy areas, be careful and don't go alone.

ya for sure i dont even think there cattails its more like crazy tall brown grass (fields and sparce woods behind a subdivision.... cant wait

Well defitnley take someone with you try and check the area the best you can would suck to sink it and offer to go second

my buddy weels a 2005ish ram.... we will take it together.... ill probly lead though because it is too narrow to turn around most places lol cant wait ill try and get a report/pics when i go..... def gettin the strap ready at the air down

Make sure you have the land owner's permission first and foremost.

its vacant property with no body around and clear laydowns from it being wheeled. i think ill be ok... i know we lost our only wheeling grounds because the owner said enough.....

Wheeling without permission is what gets so many places shut down. Just because it's vacant doesn't mean it's public domain.
