And the guy that puts your car together is ok having a beer or two? How about the guy that fixes cars at the dealership, the ones that do warranty work. Heck, lets give the guy that installs the seat belts two or three...
I'm ok with those guys pounding a sixer at lunch. Working hard makes you thirsty.

So this makes me wonder what your thoughts on allowing drivers to operate at .08, or 1 beer (immediatly after) are.

Do you assert it is "appropriate" to drive more inibriated than the guy doin oil changes? Or putting door panels on (mechanized, of course)?

Not a trick or gotcha question, just curious your thoughts on it. Also, don't an alarming # of pilots have that beer at lunch (actually several cocktails as I understand it)?

I don't know what some of you guys are reading?.? It says that the two ( 2 ) that were suspended are now back to work. It doesn't say what they were suspended for... Before everyone jumps on the two employees that are back to work let's find out what they did.? 13 people did loose their job.

I prefer to get my news information from sources other than Fox, MSNBC, or CNN.

And that's the first step

I didn't mean to imply you did rely on them. I meant to express that being #1 doesn't make you good at what you do, only more popular. Which cable company is good? Some may be better, but they all fail the annual consumer rating (under 70). Who sells the better burger, McDonalds or The Counter? One sells WAY more than the other, but is seriously inferior in all aspects. Rating #1 is all relative, and in media is an enticement to be deceptive.
