Chrysler complaint number bs???

I have been calling Chrysler for 3 days to try and file a complaint about my 2010 wrangler's transmission overheating. Everytime I have called and navigate my way to the vehicle complaint menu it plays a recorded message "we are having technical difficulties please try again later." I am amazed that an auto company the size of Chrysler would let an issue like this go unfixed for 3 days. Does anyone else have a different number I should call?

I've been calling 1-800-992-1997

Yes yes, I am told that if you file a complaint with Chrysler they will contact your dealer and its possible to get the cooler installed for free. Thats what i'm hoping to achieve.

I am still getting the same "we are experiencing technical difficulties" message. This is unbelievable.
