Clicking when I turn?

I admit don't know much about cars...jeeps, but I have a clicking sound when I turn. What is this. It's a 97 Wrangler 4 cyl with 33's and gears and lockers.

If you have an auto locker in the front that could be noise your are hearing

It could even be the rear locker clicking. Is it like a racheting sound?

Yes it is. I have lockers front and back.

I am having a clicking noise also. I am new but figure it is the U-joints. 95 wrangler. Trying to get wheel hub assembly off. having trouble. I have attached image. I have removed outside nut and back 3 bolts and it won't budge. Any thoughts? Thanks Crew!
