Clutch Failure

Does anyone have some insight into design flaws for the 2008 Wrangler unlimited clutch. The hydraulic throwout bearing failed at 7000 miles and resulted in a clutch failure. At 37,000 miles I have another clutch failure and am being told it is just normal wear. In the past clutches have lasted upwards of 100,000miles. Any insight would be appreciated.
