clutch replacement

i just pulled my trans and an getting it rebuilt second grear blew out im putting a heavt duty clutch in and presure plate while its out an disavantage to going with a haeavy duty??

other than cost not much. When my clutch goes out I will replace it with a stock unit. If my stock clutch can hold up to what I've both seen and done then I'm sticking with it
