Corporate 10 bolt

I came across a corporate 10 bolt with 4.10 gears and a lockrite locker for $250. I am currently running the D35 and was plannin on swapping in a FOrd 8.8. IS this 10 bolt a good buy and whats some things i am gonna have to do. I plan on goin spring over with 35x10.50 boggers of 36x13.50 iroks. I will be swappin in a 4.5 stroker in a couple weeks. Should i jump on this deal or am i better off passing on it and stickin with the 8.8.Oh yea it's goin under a yj if you didnt know.....

TIA

The corporate 10 bolt is only an 8.5" so it is smaller than the 8.8, and it won't be the same width and bolt pattern as your d35 like the 8.8 is. I'm sure you can find an 8.8 from a wrecking yard for about the same price as that corporate 10 bolt. I did, 3 of them to be exact.
