here are the essentials:

-front Alloy USA chromolly axle shafts
-Yukon Super Joints for the front axle
-Yukon 5.13 ring and pinion front and rear
-Yukon Master Install Kit (bearings and such for the gear install), one for the front and one for the rear
-rear Alloy USA Mas Grande axle kit (35 spline rear chromolly axle shafts and ARB air locker for factory rear D44)
-Currie HD steering (replaces factory tie rod and drag link)
-SOLID iron differential covers front and rear
-Rock Krawler 5.5 longarm suspension
-No front sway bar
-front and rear CV driveshafts (bought the driveshafts from AO but I forget
the brand name)
- and lots of TLC/maint, checking things over and changing fluids almost every weekends (week1 engine fluids, week2 tcase and tranny, week3 diffs, week4 ujoints and driveshafts... then start over again with week1 depending on mileage)

*edit: oh, and having a friend who owns a shop so when I do breakdown he can get it in right away and fix it

i rode for two years, a 250 and a gsxr600 k6, i've kicked cars in my lane on the interstate, and had old ladies pull out in front of me in pouring down rain. its something else, you really gotta be on your game, look at everyone around you like there trying to hit you, thats the only way you make it...

I used to have a motorcycle a while back and it didn't matter if it was day or night you had to watch out for everyone cause they just don't see you. Never failed either that when ever i had to slam on the brakes hard there was gravel or something loose on the street making it kinda slick for stoppin fast. I would love to get another Harley but It would have to be just a weekend thing or a hobbie instead of being main transportation.

yeah and i rode some slick tires, soft compound, so in the cold (38 degrees) i would be coming down a hill at 50 start downshifting and the rear would get squirly, i miss the feelling, but i don't miss near death everyday

i'm not planning on riding if rain is on the radar but we will see whats gonna happen, i mean if i want to keep the jeep, i'll have to go with a second vehicle and bike is the only possibility (no parking for another car and also 50-70mpg)

My jeep mods are listed in my sig. I use mine as a daily driver, then wheel it, and clean it and back in the carport it goes. I like my Jeep to be both, becuase sometimes driving to the trail is half the fun. Did you ask the question becuase you were just curious or are you leaning more towards weekend warrior with your jeep?

Mine is a dd except for the dog days of summer in Texas. My 03 silverado is the one that sits. Maybe b/c my jeep runs free fuel, nah I just love this rig. I actually traded my bike for the Jeep a little over a year ago. I rode for three years and got real tired of being pulled out in front of. No black bugs but i ran into a lot of honey bees those f'ers hurt when you can't do anything about it.lol

Mine is my daily driver plus I tow it behind my motor home. It's 4 years old and I have 65k miles on it. I'm very happy with the ride and love driving it. My commute to work is 35 miles each way.

The only mods I have on it that effect the ride are: a 3.5" Rubicon Express Super Flex lift, Rancho 9000 shocks with the in-cab controller, JKS Bar Pin eliminators, RE adjustable front track bar, JKS quicker disconnects, and 33x12.5x15 BFG A/Ts on Soft 8 wheels.

I have a 1" body lift and a 1" motor mount lift sitting in the garage that Iím going to install one of these days so I can run 35's. (I'll be re-gearing to 4.88 when I get them.)

It's a good lift and I don't anyone that has it that hasn't been happy with it. The nice part is that you can upgrade it to a long arm set-up and re-use a lot of parts. d

Mine is a DD.

When I'm not wheeling, camping or hunting it's so clean you can eat off of it.

Over the last two years it has picked up a few trail marks...

The weather has been so nice since I got back from Llano it has been Topless since the Sunday night I rolled back into town.

GOD I LOVE MY JEEP!
