Dash panel

Can anybody tell me how to get the panel that has the rear wiper,deicer and power outlets out of the dash? My jeep is a 2006 wrangler

across the top of the dash next to the windshield, there is a piece that runs the length of the dash that pops off. Then the center section is held on by 3-4 screws, one is behind the ash tray, two on top under the panel you removed and one a little lower I think. The whole center panel can then be removed.
