I had a loose frame connection on my trackbar. I didn't have DW though. Have somebody turn the steering wheel back and forth and look for where joints are not moving properly (like not moving when they should or vice versa). Tighten everything down and have your tires balanced as well.

Steering stabilizers do nothing other than mask the true problem.

Is it aftermarket? If so, probably jsut wasn't properly tightened. That was my problem.

Also check your tie rod ends for play. Another common problem that can cause DW.
