December issue of "Off Road Adventures". must read

The December issue of this mag is a must read for all the ill informed body lift haters. 99 % of the negative posts and opinions are based on incorrect information and history. I have been trying to bring these facts to light for some time now and the professionals agree with me in this issue. i just want my fellow wheelers to be well informed and dont want to see more posts bashing body lifts based on wrong info or he said she said. feel free to express your opinion on this article . And yes i'm running a 3in body lift on my TJ and proud of my rig. Have for years with not one problem. see my profile.

99% of the Body lift "bashing" I have read pertains only to anything Higher than 3". MANY on this site actually suggest using them in conjunction with a BB to gain slightly more clearance.

I read that article and even though I'm not a fan of BLs over and inch or so I would generally agree with what was said. But keep in mind the article was probably written by someone from Daystar and 4WP is in the business of selling stuff - like BLs. Funny thing is, that at least the 4WP by me will not install a BL if you already have a SL for some kind of liability reasons. So what's that all about?

BTW - I like your ASCII jeep in your sig! I used to do a lot of ASCII art in the early 90s. Therapy.
