DENTED FRONT BUMPER please help!

Hello,
I am new here
I mostly made this account because
i know nothing about jeeps.
i am an 18 year old girl.
My dad bought me A jeep sahara unlimited 70th anniversity for my graduation
I dented the front bumper and do not know how to push it out.

Ive been reading about using a hair dryer but i dont know how that will work out
if anyone has any ideas can you pleasee help
im trying to get my parents from noticing.

To remove it:
- make a small hole on the opposite side of the bumper from the dent
- heat dented area with hairdryer (just to get it warm)
- use screwdriver to push dent out on the other side

What Kota said, you'd be surprised what the slightest amount of heat can do for metal. Other option (if you can) is to pull bumper off, set on flat level surface, heat up dent, pound flat with a hammer, preferably a flat body hammer

The JK bumpers are plastic so there is no pounding involved.

Seriously?... Thank god for my YJ's steel bumper, at least when I hit something I'm denting them, not me lol

That isn't a dent. That is character. Just tell people somebody wouldn't get out of your way so you moved them out of your way.

I've fixed plastic bumpers before with heat. The only thing that would show after the fact is the missing paint. I heat them very lightly from the back with a small propane torch and push the bumper back out with my hand wrapped in a towel to keep from burning.
