Designing Custom Bracket and Box--HELP!

- Mod- Not sure if this is the correct thread to post this in. Please move it if you need to. Thanks. -

I am looking to design and fabricate a custom locking bracket for my 2006 Rubicon to mount a HAM, CB, Scanner, and EMS Radio, as well as switches. I am also looking to design and fabricate a locking box for the "trunk" area to mount the actual radios and 2 gun safes.

I am new to this and have no idea how to fabricate. Any suggestions are welcome!

Is anyone in the Richmond, Va area able to help me?
