I suppose officially it's name is "RKETR" (="RocKEaTeR")
(and it's web site (www.rketr.com) is in progress )

But we just affectionately refer to it as "the jeep" (very original, I know )

Woody....

I named it after a stick bug that I found while wheelin' on the Apalachian trail one day. Woody gets you in the woods and gives you wood too.

The YJ is Blue Flu, named when I was a Deputy Sheriff, if I needed to be off to go Jeepin instead of work I'd say I had a case of Blue Flu.
The cj5 is Bamm Bamm, can't recall how it got named.

I haven't had an inspiration for a name yet. My Wife had a 1995 Red Cherokee we named Clifford. Since my Jeep is the Red Rock color I thought about using it but it just doesn't seem right. I am open to suggestions.

I named my YJ
"Nearly Stock"
It would seem to fit for the most part

He is called either "Momma's jeep" or "the good jeep." Skeeter's jeep is either "Daddy's jeep" or... well, I won't say the other names Skeeter calls it.

Mine is also "the Jeep" for now. But at least I have my two little girls trained to call it that. They know - if I say get in "the car", they go to mommy's honda. In fact - they got mad at me the other day for calling my Jeep a "car".

My TJ is named Footer.

Footer is the name of my yellow lab's dad. He matched the color of the jeep!

The day I sold my Honda Shadow (VT500C) I told the girl who asked me if my motorcycle had a name, that her name was Gladys. (I really hadn't named it). So I won't lie to YOU guys and say I've named it. But if I HAD to name it, I'd call it "Far Out!!"

Jeep Name

My old CJ7 V8 was named POGO after the comic strip from the Okeefenokee Swamp. I guess the '92 YJ is going to get the same name.
