dry vs. oiled?

2005 tj wrangler sport edition ....what are the differences, besides one is oiled and the other one is not, and which one is better? ... and does living in Phoenix, AZ makes a difference when choosing to upgrade to a cold air intake?

Im guessing your talking about a filter. First off... dont do it.

Look into cold air intakes on wrangler and get back to me on this.
