Not trying to start a pissing match or offend you just wanted to point how generalization can often be wrong. If I were to use this forum as an example I could say that in general Jeeps seem to have a lot of problems because that is mostly what I see here. But we both no that isn't true. Love my jeep, love this forum and I wave at CJ, YJ, TJ,and JK.

I drove a beautiful Jeep Cherokee sport 4 door for 12 years and never got one wave. However am getting some with my JK after driving it just 3 weeks, and was thinking 'hmmm, these Wrangler folks are friendly' well now I get it :-)

Have to say I'm happy to see a little less heat on this thread.

I live here in the land of choice where we can all drive whatever we want and can equip it with whatever we can fabricate or afford to buy. I think it would be pretty boring if we all drove JKUs or all drove YJs. If everyone drove a white Wrangler here what would we be other than "a white-Car-Nation"?

We LOVE the wave and our kids do too! We are 2013 JK owners and the wave has been one of our favorite parts of owning our new Jeep. The kids wave at all Jeeps but it seems the wrangler owners are the most consistent at return waves! It makes you feel proud to be part of the Jeep community!!

Perhaps my comments rattled you because you think along those lines everyday. Sorry. Again, for your lack of maturity...and my improper delivery. Im sure most JKs..probably all can take my jeep out on a trail... thats fine. I love it all the same, and the culture...and the project it is thus far. I can love jeep wranglers without having to buy the most expensive hardware. If you wanna tune a vehicle buy an integra. I love a jeep in its complete, utterly beautiful stock nature. Period.
Defensive? You just offended a whole lot of people. You come on this forum, start running your mouth, and you don't expect a response to your uneducated, arrogant comments? Then you're going to point fingers telling people they're immature?

First off, who are you to call ANYONE immature? We're not the ones running our mouths on the forum about who's a true Jeeper and who isn't.

Secondly, great job with your hypocrisy, "I love it all the same, and the culture." You clearly DON'T, considering you had to be sure to go out of your way on SEVERAL occasions to express your "disdain," as you put it, for JKs.

Don't apologize for me, apologize for yourself.

Ah, "the Jeep culture involves a freedom and a 'take it easy' personality...ya know?" That's pretty funny, coming from your mouth. You had no problem taking a big, hearty dump all over the JK (AND THEIR OWNERS) not many posts ago, KNOWING there are A LOT of JK owners on this forum...but that didn't stop you, did it? And then you're gonna preach to us how the Jeep is about a "take it easy" personality. Practice what you preach, and you know exactly what you can do with that Kit-Kat.

I would say this video along with part 2 and 3 pretty much prove Jeep didn't change too much on the capability of a JK. Or that JK owners dont just want to keep their Jeeps sparkling in the garage. And having the option of the cool technology on the new ones is just another perk IMO.

Ok I had kept my mouth shut the whole time. was going back and laughing at how stupid everyone's been acting, I missed the above remark at some point. Hey, relax! Jeep ownership is all about a "take it easy" attitude! Have a Kit-Kat!

I'd leave his sorry ass right (and Rex) right on the trail. He can hunt snake for food, then try to fry it up on the big, chrome grill that screams, I'M A TRUE JEEPER!"

Just keep it up! It's everyone's choice whether or not they wave, or who they wave to. Sure, we all like it when others wave to us, but I don't feel ill will to any who don't.

Whatever you drive, be proud of it. Jeeps have a long heritage, and we who love them so much are a part of a big family. I don't know what's wrong with Sahara's. I couldn't afford one when I bought Dewey, but I have never been so happy with a vehicle in my life. My Jeep is perfect for me.

As for naming your Jeep what you name it (someone else's note), hey! Names are personal! Either as a reminder of something, or a term of endearment, etc. And...cheap tires? Not everyone can afford Pro Comps, Nitto's or MT's. I save up for 2 years for my set of 5 MT's. If your Jeep is running the way you want it to run, and YOU like it, GREAT!

Sorry everyone, if I step on toes, just had to put in my 2 cents worth.
PEACE !

Maybe someone will get Kit Kat's for Halloween!

Wow......cranky......All I said was most, not all.....Please calm down....banned?! Burn like the B*^C I am....seriously man..chill......

It's just like when I owned my Mustang. Most people buy them because they can say they own a Mustang, then there are those hard core enthusiasts, and then there are those in the middle. Geez, I'd hope you wouldn't leave me stuck, that would be a pretty messed up thing to do......especially since once again I said MOST not ALL Sahara JKU owners down here are just owning them for the sake of owning a Jeep.....again....calm down buddy.

This is what I dislike about forums, texting and E-mail....you never can truly understand what people are trying to get across unless you're talking face to face. And I still stick by what I said....Most people (Down here from what I can see).....Who own a 2008 or Newer Sahara, or sport for that matter (not usually the Rubicon) are not in it for the Jeep scene or anything. I'm sure your amazing Sahara could run circles around mine...I've only owned her for a few months and just barely had enough extra cash to do minor modifications. But no need to go overboard....please read and re-read everything before replying, you may have just misunderstood, as was in this case.

I apologize If I offended, i did not mean to offend just relax, take a deep breath and try not to assume someone is one way based off of one remark....

...Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
