electric fan HELP

i deleted my belt driven fan. swapped the 4.0 from a cherokee to my yj and the pulley setup is different. so i figured i'd go with an electric fan anyway to gain a little power..my question is do i need a pusher or a puller?

Most people seem to use a puller fan. (The Taurus/Thunderbird one is a popular choice.) When I did an electric fan conversion to my last TJ, I used a puller fan.
