emergency rear seat

Hey yall I got a problem I have a TJ and I dont like running the rear seat (I like using the back as a kind of truck bed) but I want to have some kind of rear emergency seat in case I have 2 unexpected passengers (which rarely happens) it doesnt have to be comfortable just get them from A to B without me getting a ticket for it not being up to spec. if any of you have done this, know a place to buy/get info, or have any ideas about it any feedback is much appreaciated
