Clean the air intake butterfly valve and replace the fuel filter? Had that issue on my truck and my butterfly was gummed up. Huge difference and more pwr.

Kind of hard to tell from here what bogs down means, but a loss of power, when it basically runs good at lower speeds could be a plugged up catalytic converter.

Mine does the samething. I have a 1998 wrangler 6c. When I first crank it up in the morning for the first five minutes it bogs down. The shop I take it to said it was the fuel pump so I had it replaced. It was still bogging down so i cleaned the distributor (which had some mud in it). It was still bogging down so I cleaned the carb and it improved it a little but it still boggs down. Do you thank that there is something else i can do to fix it
