Engine swap

I have a 91 jeep wrangler with the ax15 tranny and fuel injected 4 cyl engine. I am looking to put a larger engine in the jeep and was wondering if someone knew what engine, besides a jeep engine would bolt up to the transmission I have in the jeep currently (ax15). The trang is less than 6 months old as I just replaced it with a certified reman and don't want to buy another Thanks for the help. Can email me at smokehunter39@yahoo.com

Look up NOVAK JEEP CONVERSIONS and ADVANCED ADAPTERS on the internet. They have a lot of information about that issue. If you have the AX15 transmission hooked up to the transfer case, all you need it a Chevy V8 or V6 and bell housing which NOVAK can provide and you are good to go, except for motor mounts and stuff. But you have the "hard parts" already done.

Take care,
