Engine Wiring Harness

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, 4.0, automatic. I had a new CPM put in around Feb, and the dealer told me I needed a new Wiring Harness as well. They wanted 1,300 Dollars for it. I thought it was a little too high.

The harness has finally went out on it and the Jeep won't start. I've been looking for a wiring harness for some time now. I was hoping to find a used one somewhere and have my mechanic put it in for much less. Anybody have any ideas, or websites other than ebay to find an engine wiring harness? I've checked my junkyards and no go there.
