Engineers Thinking

I was wondering WTF the designers were thinking.
Why they put 17" rims on the newer X and Rubicon model but stuck 18" on the Sahara?
What were they thinking?? Why not use the same size on all models?

I would think that would be more in the realm of marketing than engineering.

probably targeting the sweet spot of their marketing demographics.......I would imagine the best selling and most profitable model would be the Sahara line, due to it being "right in the middle, so why not add a couple extras" --- to help satisfy the Sahara sweet tooth?

definitely not engineering......stop blaming us engineers for everything!
LOL
