So I ordered 2 bumpers through their website not ebay but used paypal, I payed on 8/23 and he claimed 2 weeks till shipment. I didn't hear from him at all so I sent a couple emails last week with no response. I opened a dispute in paypal then got an email from him a few hours later. This is his latest response
"Sorry again for the delay. I will have your order completed by tonight and have tracking info by tomorrow. Don't forget to cancel the PayPal dispute. I can't release the bumpers to fedex until you do. Feel free to call with any questions or concerns."
Unfortunately if I close the dispute in paypal I cannot reopen one if he doesn't actually send the bumpers.... So should I trust him and close it before I get the bumpers or tell him I will close it once I get them, and if he doesn't agree to that he should send a refund?
