Exclamation Fender Painting Help

To those who have painted their fender flares, assist me here.
This is the third coat layer.... and I do not know what is going on here. The front fender flares turned out great, but these.. not so much.

You should have cleaned them with acetone before paintin them- ever used armoral on them? Or cleaned them with degreaser? this is what happens if you dont clean em good enough- wet sand with 400 grit, sand smooth- dont ruin plastic- clean with acetone, try again

I found a sheet of 100 grit sandpaper, everything turned out great!
I've used the Nozzle that it came with. This whole time I thought the little white removable cap was just for protection. Krylon: The Greatest Revolution in spray paint is Here!

The rear fender flares look very smooth and clean now. Thank you all.
