fifty dollars

what should i buy for my 06 TJ with fifty dollars??

i know i should buy gas for it because i don't think the needle has been above half full in a LONG time but oh well. so besides gas, what should i buy?

i'm thinkin i should buy some d rings.

i had $100 and was gonna buy a hack and tap but i signed back up at the gym today (i need to get back up to 400 lbs bench press. only doin 350 now) for the summer and have to pay $50 for that so i only have fifty now. i should probably save and get the hack and tap but i don't wanna save.

suggestions? yes i'm typing a lot tonight

I think a tank of gas is 50+. Otherwise I need to come to where you live..

i think you should use the $50, and buy some tube steel stock and build a bigger roll cage for you shoulders to fit in benchin 400 lbs. j/k

i put up 345 when i was 18, not anymore.

yes. a front HD diff cover is very useful. my stock cover was bent after the first time i was wheeling.

or add a bit and buy a bikini top.

or some mirror relocators, then you can drive legal without the doors.

I just filled up at 3.99 and 9/10 a gallon last night. I also caught the 2.99 ad from jeep for gas if you buy one now. Guess I missed that by what, a month. Hubby wanted nerf bars and the rear light covers and I wanted a dolly to hold my hard top. I think that is all going to gas instead.

After I filled the jeep up, I dumped 240 bucks at the grocery store for a weeks worth...WTF....

I was listening to a business report, it isn't fuel shortages that is causing this, more like our devalued dollar and the people playing the commodities market. Freakin scary and our lifes savings is kinda being held hostage by the real estate market.

Put your fifty bucks away and save it for now.

Still off the subject....can one be surprised. I live in the country, I have to think, do I really need to run to the post office/grocery store/this or that/ as every trip I take is a minimum cost of five dollars plus in gas cause it's at least ten miles to somewhere unless I run to the little gas station/store on the corner, that's only 12 miles round trip.

Our politicians keep talking about people got to drive little cars and all that stuff like it is a magic solution. What about the people who don't live in congested urban areas? WTF!
Four wheel drive is a necessity. Pass a law that will get me a paid missed work day everytime we get snow and a guarantee that my tires and front end will be fixed for free everytime I have to drive through unavoidable potholes and I'll go get a damn little car.

Sorry, didn't mean to hijack your thread with my rant.

Get the value of the dollar backup and the price of gas will drop back to sub $2 a gallon levels, get it back to what it was in 99 and gas will be back under a buck... That is not in the govt interest though, the lower the dollar the less they owe on those annoying programs like social security, medicare, forfeited and defaulted loans, etc.
Everytime gas goes up it's because the dollar dropped, think about it. Gas has actually gone down in Europe as the euro has gone up.
